Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This policy explains what information the Evergrowth Labs website collects, why, and what we do with it. It is written to describe what the site actually does. If our practices change, this page and its date will be updated.

Who we are

Evergrowth Labs is a design and technology studio. You can contact us through the enquiry form or on Instagram at @evergrowth.labs.

Information you send us

When you use the enquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, an optional company or website, the kind of help you need, and a short description of your project. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, ask follow-up questions and prepare a proposal if you want one.

Your message is delivered to our studio inbox by email. Once the form is connected, that delivery runs through an email service provider acting on our behalf; the provider processes the message in order to deliver it and does not use it for its own purposes. We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Client briefs

When we start a project we may send you a private link to a short questionnaire on this site. Your answers are saved on your own device while you fill it in and are sent to us only when you press send. Once sent, they are stored in our project records and emailed to our studio inbox so we can plan the work. We keep them for the life of the project and the records we are required to hold afterwards, and we do not use them for anything else. Please do not include passwords or other people’s personal details in a brief.

What the site does not collect

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. Form contents are never sent to any analytics tool. If we add privacy-respecting usage measurement in the future, it will be described here first.

Technical information

Like any website, the hosting infrastructure may keep short-lived server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, not to identify you or build a profile.

Links to other services

The site links to Instagram, the Apple App Store, the websites of projects we have worked on, and a small number of external references in our articles. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form or on Instagram and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honour those requests too.

Children

This site is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
