Branding, brand identity and brand building

Give your business a clear identity people can recognise.

We turn what your business stands for into a practical system: your logo, colours, type, voice and the materials people see. It should feel connected on your website, on a package and in the next thing you publish.

Who it is for

New businesses that need a considered starting point, growing companies whose identity no longer matches their work, and brands preparing a launch across a website, social channels, packaging or advertising.

A complete identity, clearly scoped

World-class branding, built around your business.

Start with the identity you need today, or build the full system for your launch. We explain the deliverables, agree the scope and keep the work connected from the first direction to the final files.

Logo Essentials

A considered logo with the files you need to use it.

For a business that needs a focused starting point.

Discuss Logo Essentials
  • A short brief about your business, audience and visual direction
  • One initial logo direction, with the agreed review rounds
  • The approved primary mark, plus practical light, dark and single-colour versions where appropriate
  • Transparent image exports for everyday use
  • Editable vector masters for scaling and future applications
  • Print-ready and digital file formats, organised clearly
  • A simple file guide showing which version to use where

Complete identity

Complete Brand Identity

A visual system your whole business can use consistently.

For a launch or refresh that needs more than a logo.

Discuss Brand Identity

Everything in Logo Essentials, plus

  • A review of the audience and relevant competitor identities
  • Up to three initial visual directions in total, if agreed in scope
  • A complete logo family and practical usage rules
  • Primary and supporting colours with print and digital values
  • Typography selection, hierarchy and licence notes
  • Direction for photography, illustration and supporting graphics
  • A brand guide covering consistency, spacing and common mistakes
  • Social profile and reusable post-template assets
  • Business card and letterhead designs, with print-production notes for the agreed formats
  • Brand mockups that show how the system works in context

Brand Launch System

The identity, message and launch materials, working together.

For a business bringing a wider brand experience to market.

Discuss a Brand Launch

Everything in Complete Brand Identity, plus the agreed selection of

  • Positioning: who the business is for and why they should choose it
  • A brand story, purpose and future direction
  • Voice and messaging guidance, with example headlines and calls to action
  • Marketing angles for the agreed launch audiences
  • A coordinated social launch set, with ten static creatives as a scope option
  • LinkedIn profile and banner assets and a reusable carousel format
  • Email campaign visual templates; copy and sending setup specified separately
  • Five Google display-banner designs and five static ad designs as scope options
  • Packaging design for specified formats and supplied production dimensions
  • Merchandise artwork for the agreed items
  • A pattern, icon and basic interface-asset system where the brand needs it
  • A launch handover explaining how the files fit together

Quantities described as scope options are confirmed in your proposal, along with review rounds, source files and any third-party licences. No public prices: the scope comes first. See the complete branding service.

How the work moves

Five steps you can follow.

Each step ends with something you can review. Read how we work.

  1. 01

    Find the idea

Understand what the business stands for and where the identity must work.

  2. 02

    Explore directions

Develop the agreed initial directions, each with a reason.

  3. 03

    Develop the system

Refine the chosen direction into a complete, usable system.

  4. 04

    Test in real uses

Apply it to the materials you need and fix what does not hold.

  5. 05

    Hand over

Organise the files and guide so the next person can use them.

Brand building after launch

An optional ongoing scope can include campaign concepts, new content templates, landing pages, packaging extensions, seasonal materials and periodic consistency reviews. We show what will be produced and how requests are prioritised. We do not promise recognition, market share or customer growth as guaranteed results.

Options to scope separately

  • Campaign concepts and seasonal materials
  • New content templates
  • Landing pages
  • Packaging extensions
  • Periodic consistency reviews
  • Website development, scoped as a separate service

Scope boundaries

Ad design does not include buying or managing media. Packaging artwork does not include physical manufacture, supplier certification or legal label approval. Print costs, stock licences, paid fonts and mockup licences are identified in the proposal. Website development is a separate service unless explicitly combined. Ongoing social posting, community management and email operations are not implied by delivering templates.

Proof you can open

Identity work you can inspect

ondu and OSTRA are self-initiated brand studies. They are labelled as concepts and show how an idea carries through a mark, packaging, merchandise and a digital page.

Questions

Specific to branding.

Is a logo enough to start?
It can be, if the immediate need is narrow. If several people will create content or you are launching across many places, a wider identity system may be more useful.
Can you work with our existing logo?
Yes. We can assess what is working and scope an extension, refinement or wider refresh.
Do we receive editable files?
The proposal lists the source files and usage rights included at handover, along with any third-party licence restrictions.

What would you like your business to do better?

Tell us what you are building, what is getting in the way or what needs to change. A rough idea is enough to start the conversation.

We’ll review your message and help clarify the next step.
