ondu is a self-initiated brand study for an imagined cold-brew business in Bengaluru. The idea begins with a slower coffee ritual and a simple visual cue: the ring a cup leaves behind. We explored how that idea could hold together across a name, a mark, packaging, merchandise and a landing page.
The ring-and-dot symbol gives the brand a recognisable starting point. It can stand alone, sit beside the wordmark or become a repeating pattern. Fraunces gives the headline typography an expressive, editorial character. Manrope keeps the supporting information clear. Cream, espresso and terracotta establish a warm base, with lighter supporting colours for variety.
The study includes two cold-brew can directions, branded merchandise and a landing-page concept. Each application uses the same visual ingredients, adjusted for its format.
An identity becomes more useful when it can move beyond the logo. This study shows how a compact system can guide a package, a social image and a digital page without making them identical.
